Trisha Trautman joined Midrex Technologies, Inc. in 2026 as Chief Human Resources Officer. In this role, she leads the company’s people strategy, including talent, organizational effectiveness, total rewards, employee engagement and culture.
Prior to joining Midrex, Trisha served as Chief People Officer of RQM+, a global Medtech CRO, where she built and scaled the Human Resources function to support the company’s significant growth across the United States and Europe. She also led HR efforts related to acquisitions, integration, organizational redesign, executive transitions and business transformation.
Trisha holds a Master of Arts in Industrial and Labor Relations from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resources Management from Washington & Jefferson College.
