As leader of Midrex India, Aashima oversees all functions of the office, including India Engineering. She also serves on the board of Midrex Gulf Services. Since joining Midrex, she has led financial and administrative operations for the India and Shanghai offices, supporting project execution, marketing and sales across Asia, the Middle East and North Africa and advising the Commercial Team on tax and contractual matters.
Aashima joined Midrex in 2012 and brings deep expertise in leadership, business strategy, finance, tax advisory, corporate governance and regulatory matters. Before joining Midrex, Aashima worked with Ernst & Young and PwC, gaining experience in cross-border transactions, business modelling, international tax and regulatory matters.
She is a qualified Chartered Accountant, holds Bachelor’s Degrees in Law and Commerce and is a graduate of the Midrex Leadership Institute, Cohort 2.
